정재승 교수는 삼육대학교 인공지능융합학부에서 RRAM 기반 시냅스, OTS 기반 뉴런, 유기 neurofiber 트랜지스터와 SOM 등 다양한 뉴로모픽 소자를 연구합니다. 소자·회로의 물리적 특성을 학습 알고리즘과 AI 반도체 연산에 연결하고, 의료·영상 데이터의 지능형 분석으로 연구 범위를 넓혀 왔습니다.
His work spans RRAM synapses, OTS neurons, organic neurofiber transistors and selector-only memory, connecting device physics with circuits, AI hardware and learning methods. His research also extends to biomedical analysis and intelligent vision systems.
